Student Agreement to View Anatomy Videos and Images Produced for OST 571

As a student enrolled in OST 571, I agree to view the anatomical videos and images for my personal educational use. I understand that there are sensitive ethical issues surrounding anatomical education and the use of donated human specimens, including the educational videos and image sets. The Willed Body Program, which provides human specimens for this education, could be negatively affected should this material be misused.

Therefore, I agree:

to view the materials for my own educational purposes within the confines of the campus of Michigan State University
to not view these materials with or play these videos for anyone not currently enrolled in the OST 571 course
to make no attempt to copy, reproduce or download any of the anatomy materials
to honor the gift provided me by individuals accepted into the Willed Body Program and treat anatomy materials with the same respect and dignity as I would bodies in the Human Anatomy Laboratory

Any violation of this agreement will be deemed as unprofessional behavior and will result in disciplinary action by the student's college in accordance with the respective Student Handbook.
