After completion of the work in this session the student will:
- 1. Understand the underlying process for the appearance of density differences on lung radiographs.
- 2. Understand the underlying process for the change in appearance of the intestinal mucosa in processes of ulceration, edema and stricture.
- 3. Understand the concept and underlying pathophysiological changes in contrast enhancement of brain lesions.
