After completion of the work in this session the student will:
- Know the various raiologic studies used to image the urinary tract, gallbladder, and biliary tract.
- Be able to recognize urinary tract stones in characteristic cases.
- Be familiar with common types of soft tissue calcifications.
- Have a basic understanding and recognition of the radiographic bone changes in renal osteodystrophy.
- Be able to recognize gall stones on ultrasound examinations of the gallbladder.
