X-RAY: Radio-opaque gallstone. AP view of upper abdominal plain film. Several facetted positive gallstones with typical phenomenon, a dense outer rim and a more lucent center, locate in the right upper quardrant abdomen. They should be distinguished from renal calculi and costocartilage calcification by using oblique or lateral projections.
