X-RAY: PA chest x-ray. Congestive heart failure with interstitial pulmonary edema. The heart is enlarged, there is redistribution of pulmonary blood flow to the upper lobes, there is indistinctness of the hilar margins and blurring of the pulmonary vessels, there are Kerley B lines in the costophrenic angles, and there are increased central interstitial markings.
