X-RAY: Left pneumothorax. PA chest film. The amount of air in the left hemithorax is massive and makes left chest very lucent. The completely collapsed left lung appears as a small radiopaque area locating at the hilar region adjacent to the mediastinum. The mediastinum is in normal position.
